Refunds and returns are not automatic rights. They are granted only when a product is proven to be defective, faulty, or supplied in error, and all conditions of this policy are met.
- Products must be in brand-new condition, unused, with original packaging
- Valid proof of purchase required (invoice/receipt)
- Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase/delivery
- Products require in-person inspection at our premises
- Electrical/electronic parts once tested or installed
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Opened consumables (lubricants, filters, etc.)
- Items damaged by misuse or poor installation
- Discounted or clearance items
- Exchange: Replacement with same/equal value product
- Store Credit: Valid for 6 months from issue date
- Cash/Bank Refund: Processed within 7-10 working days (if no replacement possible)
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video evidence
- Free replacement/refund upon confirmation
- Customer bears return shipping costs unless our error is confirmed
- 15% restocking fee may apply for non-standard returns
- We reserve the right to refuse non-compliant returns
